No one is forcing you to listen if you don't like his takes. I don't agree with a lot of them either but, he isn't as bad as the guy who follows whose show I think is a waste of time but, I also choose not to listen.

Love Hunt...He geniunely has the best takes in BR sports media.

He is right about the bowl games. They are not meaningful anymore and that includes the NY6 bowls. The only things that mean anything are conference championship games and the soon-to-be 11 playoff games.
Those 11 playoff games ar3 going to make the NCAA and the schools that host a 1st round game a lot of money. Think of how much money a LSU/Michigan game in Death Valley could make for example

No. I dont have anything against Hunt but not a big fan either. Some of his takes are absolutely horrible and hes kind of a glass is half empty kind of guy.(which explains why hes a huge Cubs fan)
For example, his send off of the final postgame of the regular season was "Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Jayden will win the Heisman". Like WTF? First off he was absolutely wrong about this and second why would you even make this comment?

I’m on the road quite a bit so I get to hear all the Baton Rouge guys almost daily. Each has their own niche, and to be honest I like Hunt the most. Even keeled, polished, and self deprecating. Two hours live solo is a long time to stay sharp, then multiply that by five days a week, 52 weeks give or take, a year.
He definitely would benefit from a co-host, but that individual needs to be a nice complement. Hill was nice but overly wordy and monotone. Theres somebody out there I bet.

I just listened to the audio starting at 6:59:52 :
"We'll all be locked in in two weeks when Jayden Daniels heads to New York and we hope that there's really good news for him because he quite frankly very much deserves it"
It's so funny how people hear things. I said all week I thought he deserved it but I thought he needed Nix to lose or lay an egg to win it. He got some help and won it.

90 percent of the bowl games are irrelevant. Consider there are 133 FBS teams and 82 play in the 41 bowl games.

I agree. And he started every statement with that weird "yeah-no, ..."
Hunt is better than anyone else local to BR sports radio. Granted, it's not exactly a cast of broadcasting hall of famers he's competing against.

Conference championships are meaningless starting next year you’d be better off being squarely in the top 10 not playing for the conference ship IMO
