Recruits don’t care about game day

Agree just as they don't care about what fans on a message board say. It's the coach's job to sell the program.

It all starts on the field. What’s happening on the field is embarrassing to LSU, and it all fans out from there. But, it all starts with wins and losses on the field.

LSU went 15-0 with the greatest season of all time. And yet, within hours they had negative attention and branding that carried over to a few months later when O stepped on his dick repeatedly with the player movement

It was impressive just how fast LSU and O fricked up

The performance on the field (and off) is damaging to the brand. It’s in a tail spin because of CEO. Recruits see and hear what’s happening. Can’t hide it for long.

Everything said on Game Day was well deserved. The coaches and a large number of the players on this team are an embarrassment to the tradition that is LSU football. There needs to be a whole lot of soul searching and a purge of those players who are not committed and only in it for themselves. And if we don’t see a 180 turnaround by season’s end then there needs to be a complete purge of the coaching staff.

I agree totally, I was convinced O was the wrong choice, but 2019 changed my mind. Everything O touched from the summer of 18 til the Natty19 even the mistakes turned out right. Now the Midas touch is gone, O has forgot how low he was and how hard he had to grind to get here. The Kat got phat, he didn’t listen or learn anything from his mentors once he got to the top and now the fall is further than he could imagine. O is history and everyone knows it but him, and that’s what happens when you forget where you came from. I hate it for LSU and him especially, but when you’re not a real leader or MATURE enough to understand what it takes to be the King and hold on to the Kingdom. You sunshine pumpers are WRONG it is OVER and it’s up to what I think is the best AD in the country to protect and hold the brand.

They really called out the defense. Said that LSU has always been known for tough-nosed defense but last year and this year the defense has been horrible. Called them ou Everything said on Game Day was well deserved. The coaches and a large number of the players on this team are an embarrassment to the tradition that is LSU football. There needs to be a whole lot of soul searching and a purge of those players who are not committed and only in it for themselves. t for not having the ability/desire to tackle. Said there are no alpha males on this team and despite coaching at some point you have to point your finger at the players. Bernie said he was embarrassed for LSU and for all the great players like Peterson, Mathieu, Booger, etc. who have played on past LSU teams. It was a serious dressing down of the character and heart of this football team.

You would think that it might help. But, you would think that the issues that they brought up would have been addressed by the coaches and the leaders on the team in the offseason and in fall camp.

But gameday has way more eyes on it than that LSU UCLA game did.

So you think recruits are unaware LSUs games but are somehow swayed by a GameDay segment?
