And it’s been this Way even during the early 2000s. This was by the far the worst I have seen it. Way worse than the Bama game in the Valley. Just rename the East lower gold chair section, the LSU Sell out section.

The East was not 50/50.
That picture is shopped or misleading.

It's a legitimate picture, just zoom in.
I took my own in the 2nd quarter.

Never sold my tickets but you can blame LSU for getting rid of their ticket exchange and going with stub hub as the official site to sell tickets. One has no control who they sell to. LSU use to threaten to take your tickets if they found you sold them on the net for profit. Now they promote it because they get a fee.

Those people you are calling a disgrace are the ones whose constant financial support allows us to retain Aranda et al. They are probably long-time season ticket holders who made Tiger Stadium great. They are likely on fixed incomes, and they have seen their ticket proces, parking fees, concessions prices spiral so high they can’t afford them. Many probably sell one or two plum games so they can afford the rest. Why not sell to LSU fans? You can tell by the empty seats yesterday that there are not enough LSU fans buying.

These are generational season ticket holders. frick you people. You are the first to leave after halftime, if you even show up. I’m sure you were pumped up to actually make money off your ticket today. You are the worst section in the stadium and have been for years.
My father, 2 uncles, and a business partner have had a package of 16 tickets on the east side since 1982. I’d be willing to bet you I’ve spent more time in n that stadium than you. And I guarantee there were no UGA fans in our seats.
GFY!

You are way too level headed and rational for this thread and OP.

Georgia had the entire east upper deck. It looked like we were in Athens.

I know. Sat there for 25 years. I'm the generational season ticket holder OP is bitching about. I was there and stayed all 4 yesterday. But I've also left early due to the heat or tired kids, and sold to visitors for enormous profit in the past. I do what I feel is most needed at the time with my own property, and really dgaf who it bothers.

I was shocked at the number of UGA fans in season ticket holder seats. UGA fans all around us. But to say the east side is always the ones leaving early just isn't true. Only looks that way because you sit on west looking that way. I am always ticked to see the empty seats on lower bowl west side after half. It's not just one section of the stadium.....It's everywhere.

Zoom in. The red stands out and the purple blends with red. It’s not that bad.
I think we’ve had enough threads on this.

Wait until Texas comes to town in 2020.

Why don’t you buy season tickets, keep them for 20+ years, and show us by example how to do it the right way? This post is kind of chickenshit to post a picture from the comfort of your couch and at least $1,200.00 richer than some of these same people you’re calling out.
I agree with the narrative of calling out the people who leave early, but LSU fans like yourself had just as much an opportunity to buy some tickets as the UGA fans.

I think the point is more about if you call yourself an LSU fan and are willing to sell your tickets to one of the biggest games in recent history, then are you really an LSU fan?

I’m curious how many of those tickets were sold last week simply because we lost to UF
