Of course not but they undercut their point when one of the examples of him installing "bad" culture is making them show up to meetings on time.

Absolutely !! For the money he is making , there needs to be dedication to the job . This isn’t Ivy League , where , if you have Chemistry lab experiments , you skip practice and wide receivers are 5’7” and 160 lbs .

Fact of the matter is that some people just don't like Kelly for whatever reason they choose and there is nothing he can ever do or say to change that, so when he does poorly or something doesn't go his way, everyone piles on because it's easy to do so.
It has nothing to do with "writing checks he can't cash."

You didn't have to schedule an appointment to talk to saban if you were a player and he often every practice talk to the players on the field

Notre Dame put up with all this for ten years. The purple headed memes the blow ups the national media.
The reason #1 reason nd fans were glad to see kelly go, he was an unlikable prick.
You chose to take him and we all laughed at you, because we knew you inherited a dumpster fire. We at least had an AD that could overshadow kelly and put him in his place.
LSU has no such controls.
We all told you you made a mistake.
You said its sour grapes.
Its not a conspiracy by notre dame.. ND could care less about kelly or LSU.
You hired an over rated, unlikable prick, whose best years at nd were with OCs and DCs he was forced to hire, that spent every spring at a lake house instead of recruiting to possibly the dumbest contract this side of Charlie Wies...and just cant accept the comeuppance.

2017. Kelly was FORCED to hire chip long and Mike Elko.
2018 and 2019 Elko could only take a year under kelly and bolted and kelly was forced to keep clark lea. Chip long ignored kelly and kelly bashed him at every chance he got because he wasnt running kellys offense.
2021 kelly was forced to hire M. Freeman as DC.
Hell the moment kelly left heistand came back as ol coach because he absolutely could stand kelly
