Really eric, really?
In that video nothing is clear, especially not clear enough to determine something like that. The only thing that's clear is the audio and even that is a jumbled mess. After the kicking is finished the video is shot downward, how do you discern how he crept away like he knew he did wrong?

If Lowery did punch Wing and then ran up to the players or to his ex- girlfriend who was leaving with the players in the slightest of threatening manner, then I say the players have the right to take him down. He is likely the instigator if that is the case.

no shite. this charge is much more serious. if allowed to keep stalking and his continued increase in violence. His actions could have eventually led to rape or murder. We've seen to many college girls "victims" of such disturbed men.
that is a bigger national story than a football player in fight that led to kicking a man in the head.

I was the first one to say these guys deserved what they got when first hearing the accounts of the story but as more information surfaces I'm pretty sure BRPD needs to chalk this up to a bar fight and move on...

However, according to Liz' facebook, she went to Shady's on that night with a party including a male graduate of Parkview Baptist. Could have been that said graduate and Wing were friends. All speculation though.

That has very little to do with the kicking someone while they are down. Ever been kicked like that while down? I have.....its criminal
