It has been known to cause issues in Ubuntu 18.04, especially when dealing with integrated graphics.

It's going through power packs like crazy. Replaced them multiple times over the last couple years.

Mobile, smaller store footprints, and leasing space internally as mentioned before. The online price matching thing has to hurt, but they make up for it selling service plans, installs, and high margin accessories.
