no flame brotein shake. He got the most out of this team. This team had major deficiencies at key places and he got them to a great bowl destination.

Considering it's now easier to get to a "BCS" or New Years 6 Bowl, I would say he's doing the bare minimum expected at LSU.
12 teams make the 6 big elite bowls compared to the 8 when the Cotton and Chick Fil A were smaller importance bowls.

It was a great coaching job this year. Talented but very ineperienced WR corp. Tough but not very talented OL group. Gritty but not explosive RBs. Tough smart QB. Got them in great bowl with chance to win 10. Super job.

SO MUCH ADVERSITY, and they still achieved a NY6 bowl game and a new one in the Fiesta against an upstart program.
Think about the suspensions, injuries and transfers that occurred early this year.
LSU literally started a QB that had been on campus for a few months. Found and Brought in a Groza finalist at kicker after such a bad kicking game last year. Lost 2 of the MOST important Linebackers before the second game and started a different combination on the Offensive line for most of the season due to injuries.
