Looking ahead, many may be glad LSU is progressive enough and cares enough about the students' health and safety to have this policy.

Perhaps LSU can set the trend for the rest of the SEC to follow.

Good grief man. Do you read what you write? If I said something like the above quote, I’d be ashamed of myself. So much irony. Imagine person A, who is scared of the dark, calling person B, who isn’t scared of the dark, a pussy bc person B doesn’t want to turn the lights on. That’s basically what you just did. That doesn’t even cover the fact that you are defending mandates that are based off of absolutely zero common sense.

One day you will realize that all this has nothing to do with your health, my health, or anyone else’s and the only thing you are supporting is political posturing and you are more than willing to jump through hoops for it. The most amazing thing of all, is that when you have this realization, you will ignore it and continue to live your life allowing others to make your decisions for you.

You do realize that everyone inside that stadium will be just as capable of spreading covid as anyone who is not in that stadium, right?

It’s gotten to where I feel like I can’t even share a country with those people anymore. They’re never going to get their head out of their arse. It’s like they’ve been programmed with statism, secular worship of government, and irrational fear of death.

Yep. I believe the truth is that we aren’t all that different, really. But we live in a modern digital world where tv, radio and social media drive a wedge such that it forces everyone to take sides. It’s difficult to be moderate on either side bc we are constantly driven into a defensive state of mind. Folks like you and I are painted as radical bad guys, when the truth is that we just want to be left the frick alone. We want to do what we want to do without being challenged or blasted every step of the way. Pretty simple really. It’s the same way with every political topic. Not just covid. We are forced to pick a side. Some buy in. Some don’t. Both sides will continue to peck at one another until it turns violent. Sad, bc all we really have to do is mind our own fricking business and let the chips fall where they may. Unfortunately, one side is far too entitled to let that happen.

You're probably the same person that says our players shouldn't smoke weed.

LSU is literally handcuffing home field advantage when NO OTHER SEC school is doing the same.

Same exact shite for the ridiculous weed policy.

Are you telling me Alabama let's their players smoke weed?

I bet Saban isn't okay with players doping...because championship teams don't do that shite

100% name any Bama players since saban suspended for weed - suspended for any manner really. Georgia as well with Kirby.

Why did Saivion transfer to Bama

Covid testing perfectly healthy people is the most arse backward science ever

Maybe all the bar should require std test to get in and then BR wouldn't be the std capital of the US

Will the cost of negative test results be reimbursed? Policy should be this: if you're scared stay home.

Not to mention Louisiana's covid numbers have dropped significantly week after week.

That’s promising news!

One of the people I know in the Lafayette area that was in the ICU is recovering nicely.
