It’s sad that these games just haven’t been competitive at all. Losing isn’t bad it’s that they don’t seem to have any fight. That’s concerning as hell

Could not agree more. I was hoping for 17 wins and a competitive team. It is the fact they aren’t competitive.

This is what concerns fans, not many fans had expectations of being in the top half of the league but I expected to be competitive. This team has regressed substantially, where is the team that battled KState, beat Wake, played tough at Kentucky?

Now the other games I think we at least played hard for the most part... but for me that should never be an issue.
One question I think if fair to ask is are we doing the things well that don't take talent the last 5 games?

Not really proving much as he coached at a non power 5 school. That’s a poor evaluation metric. He may not work out but that stat doesn’t mean much.

The team I see playing fights even when the game is lost. They simply have minimal athletic talent and little shooting ability.
I will give CMM three years to set up his program. If he cannot make LSUMBB an SEC top 4 contender by then, well, maybe we should move on.

19 turnovers and 20% from 3 will get you killed against just about anyone. They played hard even when they were down big so I don't buy that "he's lost the team" BS. We do not have SEC guards. That is it in a nutshell. And they can play off and double the bigs daring the guards to shoot. That will be the game plan until we can consistently hit open shots. Give him a couple of classes to fix that. If he doesn't then there will be a coaching change but all of the whining right now is ridiculous.

They didn’t play hard at times in the 2nd half. Two of our guys tried to rebound a missed shot w/ under 10 to go and ended up tipping the ball in for the Vols. It was a total annihilation.
I’ll say this in McM’s defense, under his leadership, you can now purchase a ticket in the nose bleed section and upgrade it for a better seat in the lower bowl free of charge, since there are so many empty seats in the PMAC.

Go check out his record his 1st year after taking over the worst team in lsu history.
8-10 in the SEC with 4 of those losses by 3 or less.
Oh and he beat a Michigan team that made it to the Championship game.
Beat TAMU twice, who made it to the sweet 16
Beat ar-Kansas twice, who made the tourney.

And I will admit in fairness that there is still the possibility of looming ncaa troubles that could affect recruiting however wade still got guys here. Johnny Jones got guys here. John Brady got guys here.
If next year looks like this, ncaa has made a ruling and recruiting hasn’t picked up then the seat should be very very hot
