I notice in all these articles they always leave out the part that Rousse told sankey early Friday they weren't rostering the players and the sec still went and amended the suit cause kiffin told a joke

Incredible that it took 4 writers to churn that garbage out. Suspending a coach with no due process makes them look even weaker. Sports media (except Finebaum) is turning on them and it will get worse if they get in the way of College GameDay. ESPN would have a fit if Kiffin isn’t on the sideline, and sooner or later sponsors are going to push back if they have to guess what the product is going to be.

If the SEC tries to suspend Kiffin when no rule was broken then our membership in the conference should be over. Tell the SEC “frick you” and let them kick you out over it.

The best resolution for all parties is to agree to a settlement where LSU gets symbolically punished (Fines, maybe some contrived "probation") and the school unanimously agree to the SEC's enforcement authority.
That way LSU gets to control any potential punishments and ensure we don't have anything like post season bans or Kiffin suspensions and the SEC gets what it wants (enforcement) and can claim it punished LSU.

Once LSU didn't roster the 2 players I think the state injunction is moot, effectively. What I read is that it only applied once they were rostered by LSU.

If Ole Miss wants Lane suspended for that game then that means they know they are going to lose badly. If they thought they could win, then they would want him coaching so that they could hand him the L.

They aren't anonymous. They are the Presidents of every member university. Some are really angry at the antics. Your guess as is good as mine on what they do. I don't think this has to do with the end result of LSU not rostering the 'pros'.
It was the entire process and that it went on until midnight before the game. I THINK they likely have the opinion that the entire process was unnecessary. Again, pure speculation.

Harris said, under oath, that Ole Miss was the first school to contact him.
Sounds like, at minimum, Ole Miss should receive the same punishment as LSU.

You cant punish based on accusation with a news article being you're only source. Especially when:
1. That allegation is denied by the players, their attorney and their agent
2. The nfl players in question were personal friends with pre established relationships with kiffin anyways. Offering advice isn't illegal
3. It was in the best interest of the players (NCAAs) stated mission
4. An injunction later verified that the courts agree.
Thats like.. if someone you knew beat their girlfriend, who was also your friend, and you told her to report it to the police. Then the abuser blamed you for telling her to report it.
Furthermore, that same accusation would have to be levied against all these other programs that peobabky did the same thing. The only difference is that Wright and Harris "signed contracts. "
Whatever symbolic fine you agree to pay, you recoup at the end of the year via law suits.. and more are coming.
In addition to that, every bit of funding to the state of Tennessee gets shut down. Why? Because you can.
This is how southern politics work. Flesh gets flesh. Destruction is always mutually guaranteed.
