Let’s be honest, this football season didn’t count. And who wants to play in empty stadiums

To be fair, Smith had such a great season Chase could have played and this still happen.

He will NOT be taken in top 5. Historically, WR's never are. He may be taken in the top 10 and won't be the 1st WR drafted.

Historically you arent very smart.

Both the jets and dolphins need playmakers bad and BOTH will most likely take receivers at 2 & 3.

Even if it's just a gut feel, these guys can sense dysfunction.

Liked how we finished but chalked 2020 up as a non-year.

Chase made the right call just like Devin White made the right call leaving early for the NFL. Chase is a physical freak his body control in the air and his hands what separate him from the rest. If Jets is succeeding in the NFL so will Chase,

Man, I would like J Smith or Waddle before him. Both are faster and run routes just as well. And they don't quit

this draft isn’t the one to watch.

i think the league will forgive most of the opt outs and not allow it to affect draft slotting.

it if a larger percentage those opt outs are out of football shape and have terrible years, then that will definitely change the way opt outs are viewed in future drafts.

Ja'marr is as sure a thing as anyone in the past few years, maybe even longer. The only way he's not a bona-fide stud in the NFL is if he loses his work ethic. That's it.

true, but the point is that if nfl teams wont punish a player for sitting out, we can expect this to become the norm. And it will.

Nick Bosa missed his entire final year at Ohio State after getting injured early and dropping out of school and still went 2nd overall in the draft. This shite isn’t new.

Are you embarrassed that you're bitter like a 12 year old girl? Maybe you're trolling and if you are, touche. If you're not.. bless your heart.

This is NOT going to set a good precedent.
And now NOT playing at a P5 SEC is called "getting ready for the NFL".

For all those complaining about not being able to retain the best of the best Juniors... get ready for this new farm system.

Now playing a year at LSU is LESS preparation for the NFL than personal trainers.

Still want to turn away OOS 4*'s for in-state 5*'s?? Maybe, just maybe we can get the 4* to play 3 years.

IDK why fans are hating on JC. He did all he needed in 2019 for the nfl scouts. His teammate tore it up as a rookie. If he performs well in the combine he is a lock. And the bs about quitting on his team is just that bs...he proved all he needed and could only hurt his draft stock coming back with a new QB.

I said this months ago. Lots of people are downvoting, but we shall see how it affects things, moving forward. Let's hope its not a trend that carries over!

I mean if we have another guy like him do what he did as a sophomore, I can’t really be mad. But he’s a rare breed.
