Do a little research on the Elite 11 competition last year. I think that’ll give you a better idea of each kid coming in.

If Brennan is the starter then Narcisse is gone, and as the second dual threat to transfer in a very short time from LSU, that will make it virtually impossible for LSU to sign dual threat quarterbacks in the future. I wish O would have thought about that before he decided to have a fake quarterback competition last year.

Now I understand why he did it, because he put his foot in his mouth, but all Canada had time to do is install his offense.

Regardless of who is better, I think Canada is looking to go the dual threat route based on his recruiting.

I have a sneaky suspicion Narcisse will be the man, not sure if early next year or during the middle of the year, but by 2019 he will have Canada's offense looking like Clemson last year with Deshaun Watson

Narcisse has not played in over two years and is injury prone and please stop with the "strongest arm" crap. Brandon Harris had a strong arm and washed out at LSU and UNC.

Myles Brennan is going to be the QB. Dome of y'all just want a black QB. If Narcisse earns the job then fine but how anyone can say anything about how Narcisse will play is simply a guess because Narcisse has not played a down in 2 years and never at the SEC level.

IDK if this board will survive another year of bad QB play

Even though I see and know Etlings shortcomings, he is not a bad QB...

I have no idea how good Narcisse is.

If high school film was enough to go on, there would be 30 QBs in the nation with 3500+ yards........ and none of them would be Baker Mayfield

Brennan—else our now competent O coordinator would’ve been giving Narcisse game time snaps. Brennan won out the QB comp other than Etling, so that’s it.

I wonder if with Canada's history of tailoring offenses to QBs strengths if each QB will have a package of plays and we'll start with a 2 QB system? I wouldn't be opposed.

I like what I hear about Brennan and his passing abilities, as that's what we've lacked, but it's commonly accepted that Alabama has difficulty with dual threat QBs and with no obvious RB to carry the load next year a running QB makes sense...

I have a feeling Canada is going to push for LN to be the guy with his versatility (we assume he is versatile)

Canadas offense can be really really deadly with a true DT QB.

I'm confident either will be good but I really hope we can get in on Shae Patterson for a year....thats how we become an instant contender.

Think it's going to look like 2004 at times next year.

Don't get your hopes up! For some insane reason LSU hates duel threat QB's! That is why BAMA always has good QB.

There is still lots of time to land another bonafied qb prospect to compete here as well.

The O hating bigots can't see what is happening right before their eyes. The qb position at LSU is bonafied now that Rain Man was sent packing. Young, but bonafied.

Bama has won 4 national titles under Nick Saban and all of them have been with pocket passers.
