I am going to be the first person to answer this question honestly.
I do not know.
Based on the few videos I have seen of them both in practice, Narcisse has more zip on his passes.
To go one further, whoever is not chosen to be QB1 will instantly become the rants favorite because the coaches are all idiots and nobody knows QB's quite like the rant.

In the stadium watching Danny on some of the runs, I said to my bud that I hope Narcisse is ready next year. Need someone who can run. Guys like Flynn and rp would have been great in this offense.

They run plays from under center for the running game/play action. Derrius Guice isn't nearly as effective in the spread/pistol formation. 70 - 75% of the offense is ran out of the spread. Go to YouTube and just watch the games. Its that simple.
His accuracy has improved at the NFL level but in college he used his mobility a lot of times to make plays. He had a lot of bad games throwing the football i.e . You listed 3 QBs, please continue to the other 2.

Based on the one video I saw of Narcisse throwing and his demeanor when speaking, all I know is he's a cool cat under pressure and can handle adversity well. You can't coach those intangibles. He's mobile, alright, but not to the level of Hurts, Vick or Cameron. He'll be a stay-in-the-pocket-first-and-pass QB, rather than a runner. He's got innate escape abilities. I like him.
Brennan on the other hand, could not escape from a cell even with a key, but he compensates for this with an extremely quick release. He has been indecisive, however, with his throw-or-not-to-throw decision making process. Maybe that is just a manifestation of Freshman inexperience. I hope that's all it is.
I'd go with Narcisse right now if his knee were 100%. I would have no trouble putting him in the next game. He can handle it. In addition to his talent, he's got a lot to prove to the world. And the memory of his father will drive him even harder to excel.
Disclaimer: Again, I just watched a video of Narcisse so this is my first impression based on that alone. Worthless to some, I know, but maybe on point. We may never know, because there may not be another year at LSU for one of them.
