This seems like a two-way street. If I'm from South LA, I'd rather walk on at LSU than play for pay at UTenn.

His good season at NWST included only 10 appearances and none since April 2nd. Only 4 total starts in there as well. He had a really good year and I’m sure will be just fine, but to say he’s a sure fire thing is reaching to me.

There are several teams with money to spend in the Portal. LSU is NOT going to get every kid we offer. We have never gotten every kid we want.

I agree sir, its just crazy i guess to me to lose a potential back yard kid. Even if he could contribute during the week. I guess he wasnt good enough in JJ eyes.

Is it beyond reasoning for you to be able to consider that:
A- JJ may have thought he was good enough, but another school spent more money than JJ was willing to spend?
B- JJ thought he was good enough, but the kid would simply rather go to another program over LSU?
C- JJ thought he was good enough but wouldn't guarantee him the role he wanted, while another big program did?
Why is it always jumping to the conclusion automatically being, "JJ didn't think he was good enough?" Or "LSU doesn't have enough money."
