Have the same football…AND…gave it to my 12 year old nephew…stop selling memories and hand them off to the next generation.

I asked the question to see if it would bring a financial benefit to the cause I wanted to donate it for.

If it’s only worth $200, I’m definitely not auctioning it off. I’ll just donate that money.

My friend bought an authentic, full sized signed helmet with all of 2011 players. Then they crapped the bed. Any takers?

His signature on the Blue Grass Miracle ball would be worth a lot more.

These type of things are never worth more than a couple hundred bucks.

I agree with the other poster under $100, unless a big LSU fan wanted it and/or it was for a good cause

If it is only worth a hundred and fifty bucks I'll buy it right now.

At a fundraiser for a good cause it’s going to go for $350.

Many TD posters will likely be there and get the reference and put a bid on it.

Tell me what you want for it and I’ll tell you if I’ll pay it or not.

I have one too with the whole team's signatures. Curious what it is worth

Same, but I’m not selling it for anything anyway, so I’ve never tried to find out. Probably will give it to my nephew at some point.

I have 2 of them for each one of my sons. My sister was a senior and a member of the Golden Girls that year when Saban won the title. She is real close friends with Andrew Whitworth. Unless you know for sure that the ball/balls you have were "actually" signed by the Players and Saban, it's a crap shoot. reason I say that is when she decided to get the balls signed, she gave them to Whit and made sure that the players signed the ball, because there was so much celebration going on that managers, ball boys, trainers and such were signing the players names on balls. Not the players. Whit told my sister that there was a rolling cart usually used for towels and dirty laundry, that was full of balls needing to be signed for people and the support staff was told to sign these for the players so that they could go celebrate. So again, unless you actually know, it's a coin flip. Still a great conversation piece though.

I agree with this. If it were just a single person purchasing (say like on eBay or something) I would say $125ish

I think any autographed memorabilia's true value is with the owner. I have an LSU football addressed to me by ole Les for my service. Does it have any monetary value... no. But in my bar room, it's just a conversation piece and that's fine with me.

I've got a couple pieces I need to do something with (signed Hornets jersey from the Inaugural 2002 team including Paul Silas and a signed Drew Brees with COA I won in the Brees Dream Amazing race) and I've thought about donating them to a silent auction but every time something comes up like that I just never think about it.
