You should have waited a couple of months to make this post. Right now, we don’t have anyone who is ineligible to join this team this next season. We have a couple who still have a class or two to pass and they have summer school to do that in.

Sounds like someone's son didnt get recruited

Maybe you should take a look at the current state of LSU's academic rating, especially when it comes to the football program in relation to the rest of the SEC.

If they used that method LSU would be Vanderbilt.
Or Notre Dame. Or Stanford. Or most of the BIG 12 schools.

Your really kind of set yourself up for this with that post. Maybe leave your kid out of it next time too.

I really, really don't think you have ever stood next to the athlete that comes too LSU. And they are still getting beat by Alabama.
I am not sure a bunch of Algebra passing gutsy kids will get the job done.

the news of a couple recruits not making it to campus because of academics
I don't think it's that big of an issue for either one (AT THIS POINT), just need to get their individual house's in order.
2 out of 25 needing a class or a test grade to qualify is a reasonable percentage.

Might be the stupidest thread in tigerdroppings history. What the frick? I'll just give you another well deserved downvote.

sure it would take some guys off the board but I’m sure we could still find some guys that could take it to the house...

There is nobody that’s ineligible right now. We have a couple that still need summer school but go ahead and look stupid. Your son must get his smarts from his mom

Look. If you want to get your kid on sports scholarship at a major university I suggest you ask Lori Loughlin about how to get that done.
