Disney courses are a swamp, especially Palm. It was discussed today on a forum that Mystic Dunes drained well. Fun course. Also look into Reunion courses. The forecast is not looking good for you. Afternoon showers everyday this week....
Brother, I am more than ok with a straight ball.
Have you tried the PING 430 MAX 10K? The Mizuno 230 MAX is suppose to be VERY sneaky good too. Both considered the most accurate and forgiving drivers. Not super long and as been mentioned, probably not something you'd work the ball ...

Don't mean to be an arse but, maybe it's you? You need to match your ball with your swing speed. Vice Pro works for me. Decent distance. Stops within 2-3 feet. 63 y/o. 10 hdcp. 103 mph swing speed. 81 avg score. 24 pack at SAMs for $50. Hard to beat. The Maxfli Tour is also awesome. 48 p...
Vice Pro - Overall rating - dogshit. It’s good to put in a shag bag,
That's the thing about "fitting." Different golfers play different clubs that match/fit their specific game. Golf balls are the same. The Vice Pro is the softer ball. The Vice Pro Plus is the more firm ball, ...

I learned in sneakers when I was 15. Went from beginner to a 10 in 18 months. Unless the grass is really wet, you don't really need it. Some regular shoes, especially running shoes, have as much tread/nubbies as some soft spike shoes....

re: How'd your round go today?

Posted by mikedatyger on 8/19/24 at 1:52 pm
44-44. Felt worse than it was, but still not good for me at all. Average score per round is 80-81. Drove the ball okay, but everything else was crap. Putting is killing me. I'm on the practice green draining everything, and go total brain dead on the course. I HATE golf. I LOVE golf....

I really like them. I get the Vice Pro from SAMs. 2 dozen for $49.99. The only thing that is weird is that I think the white "fades" after playing which can make them more challenging to find sometimes. MINOR observation. I'm not good enough to splurge on ProVs ot TP5s. I'M CHEAP! I look...

For an older model, the PING 425 LST is legend. The Titleist TSR1 also has a great rep for shot shaping and distance, and it's an older model, so you can get it at a better price....

IF you value, or give any credence to online golf reviews, you need to consider the PING G430 Max 10K. Almost every review gives this one the win for accuracy. Not as long as others, but in general, a fairway finder....

Kingsley is PHENOMENAL!! Yep, that's the first hole. Beast. Beautiful. Immaculate. Challenging. Arcadia Bluffs is on my bucket-list. You might be a year too early. They are reportedly opening another course in 2025. We played Forest Dunes and The ...
