Anyone gaming a "driving iron?"

I currently have a 2006 Mizuno MP60 FliHi 3 hybrid/iron. It's my fairway finder.
Great club, but I'm hoping 2026 technology can give it a run for it's money.
You'd think 20 years of improvements would make a difference.
I did go to a fitter and tried the Mizuno 245 Pro FliHi and it was no better then my MP60. Crazy.
Any club suggestions? No 7-woods. :lol:

There was one summer I played my arse off. Had several rounds in the 70’s with a low of 74. Went from a 9 to 6 hdcp.
Back to a 9, but playing fairly consistent golf these days. Love this game.

From ALL the former athletes that I HAVE heard / seen on the Interweb, some have an issue and some couldn't care less.
Put them on a "ring of honor," but, IMO, the jersey/number retiring is dumb.

ALSO, be careful who you put on a pedestal. I'm sure NO ONE thought OJ would ever be a murderer.
That's one of the main reasons I am against this sort of thing.
Their legacies are not done.

Check out Edison. Fantastic return policy.
I could not hit a 60 until I got my Edison wedge.
The multi-tiered sole makes it so easy to get through grass and sand ... especial hard-pan - tight lies.
I have 59, 55, and 51.
Love them.

HA! I played there. Hermitage Golf Club in Nashville.
Great people. Two great courses.
The course where the sheep come out and graze.
It's pretty awesome.

For those of you that are not contributing to the Swinging Mike Club, you can get a "Swinging Mike" hat from No Rivals for $40.
Mine comes in this weekend.
They have a lot of LSU Hats that are pretty cool. I do not get the upside down letter hats, but they have that too.
