So you want to go winless in the SEC?

hell might even find some kids who are really hungry and over looked but have great work ethic and are pretty sharp. Like my son, he might not run a 4.2 but shite he can Atleast pass algebra and I promise he’d play his guts out for coach o and the state of Louisiana. Just venting after the news

No offense, but you need more than passion and a solid B in Algebra to take it to the house on an SEC Saturday...

When you get 90,000 people to show up to watch someone pass algebra, your son may have a shot.

Decades ago my father-in-law use to tell me no one goes to Tiger Stadium to watch someone take an ACT. This issue been around some time.

I'm not sure but the 3.0 requirement would probably reduce the number of candidates by 70%

Sorry you gave your son bad athletic genes. Maybe his son will one day run a 4.2.

I just want to point out that the OP is a fricking hypocrit. He posted this yesterday all while saying his shitty kid should be on the LSU football team because he'd try his best. Literally wants his kid on the team because of his heart and not his athletic skills.

I believe that the root of all our problems is the lost art of public shaming. Now everything has so be so pc and no ones feelings can get hurt. If it is made known that being fat is not okay and made fun of obese people then I guarantee there would be less fat people. Same cab be said for all those trans freaks. The second we stopped making fun of them and began all that acceptance bullshite it got completely out of control

Hey I’d love for my grandson to go to LSU. But if they don’t end up recruiting him I’d be tickled for him to play at La Tech or ULL. Just because he is NOT GOOD ENOUGH to be recruited by LSU is not going to give me the red arse like you. I’d be happy to still pull for my tigers and whatever team he ends up on.

Now I got high hopes for my grandson. He is 6’2” 262 lb 14 year old that started as NG for Minden varsity spring game against Richwood. He was in on three tackles and had a QBs sack and a solo tackle for six yard loss. All on his last day in the 8th grade. Already has film on his hudl page. Makhi Reed for Minden High. LINK

But I live in reality. He might not be an LSU quality type of football player. I plan on just enjoying watching him play his 4 years here. Then hopefully watch him on the next level wherever that’s at and not be butt sore cause some school did not look at him.

Look I kinda sorta understand what you are saying, but athletes are recruted for their ability to play what ever sport period. Some are good or very good in both. Some barely get by as far as the class room. It's the nature of the beast.

So you want to be Vandy or Duke? Best case scenario Northwestern or Stanford? Good lord. Is it a full moon or something?

8-5 or 7-6 would be the good years under this guys plan

I was thinking the same, try 5-8 every year.

Think about it. what ever kids bama doesn't sign, and LSU won't because of a gpa, would go to Arkansas, Auburn ,State, ole Miss or tamu.

shite 5-8 might be a good season.
