And no one is defending paul on this, we are defending the thought to bunt if there is no 3rd basemen because of the shift

If Beloso can get a bunt towards third for a basehit it would make future teams think twice about shifting their infield. Even a failed bunt attempt makes them re-think the shift strategy.
