He was running away from home base and might have even fell over trying to catch that. It wouldnt be a abd idea to try and tag, good chance he might make it. Katz doesnt have some big arm or anything, especially throwing away from home if he had to.

But he didn't did he? He was playing in. He never had a good read on it. It's the rf ball in that scenario. It's not that hard to see.
