The infield was in, Katz is not a 2nd baseman used to making plays like that...Foster was EASILY there and has the arm to get the guy at home if he decided to test it for some dumb reason. Foster NEEDED to call him off. Katz looked lost the entire way trying to get under it.

But if one player has to make an over the shoulder catch and the other doesn't, the one that doesn't is supposed to call him off. Every time.
