Not a baseball fan either. Miserable during the BK tenure even the decent first season. He’s an Ed O fan. What a nerd.

Pirate queen, if you were asked 10 years ago if Baylor would ever win a title in basketball, your dumb arse would have said hell no, especially if they had loose rims in their arena.

And don't even try to deny it dipshit.

There is ZERO REASON Wade can't have a Scott Drew type tenure at LSU. Most Tiger fans (which you clearly ARE NOT), would take that in a heartbeat.

There's plenty of nice things to say about him.

- nice guy
- clean program
- doesn't cheat on his wife (unlike a couple FB coaches we've had)

I don't think outweighs his (lack of) on-court results, but we can at least be honest he's not a dirtbag.

No one is attacking the man's character. He just isn't getting the job done.

I will add - give him a $15 mil NIL budget like the top 8 SEC teams have. Then judge him. The next guy won't do much better without the $$ to go along with it. The new arena would help too, assuming it;s real.

These fictional numbers get larger per post.

And why does he need “top 8” money to not finish dead last and second to last in consecutive seasons?

Again,

That would require logic and reason which waved bye bye long ago to the muffin top lovers.

The next guy might actually go out and solicit funding to help his own program. If fact he'll have to if he wants to succeed here. Unfortunately CMM was not willing to.

The irony.

This is literally the graphic you posted recently that you said almost everyone agree with, if 8 teams were getting minimum 15 million in NIL, then why not list them that way? I know why. Because it’s bullshite.

Let me guess, 10+ million equates to minimum 15 million, just like double digits is only 14 or more points, the real issue is loose rims in the PMAC and playing 2 games in 4 days causes tired legs losses. Again, Dumbest MFRs around.

he was given a ton this last season and we still finished dead last. It doesn’t matter. He can’t identify top talent and even more importantly coach them up. Ja Morant isn’t walking through that door.

1. I doubt "OU Insider" has actual data no one else seems to have.

2. The data is total conjecture. Regardless, why wasn't this graphic produced at the beginning of the season? Or well before? NIL money is spent in signing the roster. The rosters are set by June. So these figures would have been establish WELL before the season started. But, ironically, it seems to only be media sites of schools with "embattled" head coaches that publish them...in February....when there is a legitimate discussion of the coach being fired. Weird.

3. Kentucky (allegedly) spent far and away the most money. So what did all the tea in China get them? A 9th place finish in the SEC and 7th seed. Auburn, a Final Four team last season, was in the (alleged) top group of spenders. Their HC leaves and NIT actions comes to Neville Arena! Alabama purportedly spends as much as LSU? One finishes 2nd in the SEC. LSU finishes dead last, for the second time in 4 years A&M and Texas (purportedly) spent significantly more than LSU. Yet, LSU's recruiting class was ranked higher than both. Maybe coaching matters.

NIL spending = climate change. Most of the "evidence" is based largely on conjecture and baseless opinions. But that ambiguity is more than enough to provide "evidence" to support whatever bullshite argument one wants to make. EVERY BIT OF OBJECTIVE AND ACTUAL DATA shows McMahon has been historically awful at LSU. Yet, in the land of conjecture, assumptions, and hypotheticals he's just on the cusp of greatness...if only he had no adversity and the Knicks payroll

So basically the idea that has been tossed around that it’s all in on Wade or you run it back with McMahon is true. If you can’t pull Wade this year, strip down the resources as much as possible and save up for when you can afford to get rid of McMahon and get Wade.

I agree, but TPK posted that recently, tried to justify it by saying people agree it’s accurate. Then this morning SOL2 says we need to give CoachMc $15 million before judging like the Top 8 SEC team received and TPK somehow agrees with those numbers. Which is it? That’s the real problem, nothing matters except excuses and moving goalposts. bullshite has replaced actual facts.

Same logic as loose rims = 25 point home deficit to South Carolina, not because this team sucks McMoose cock.

Would be a colossal waste of everyone’s time and resources. Just use that to fund the buyout and hire a new coach.

100%. Any more money or resources spent on this coaching staff is flushing money down the drain.

Going through the motions and partially funding a program that will never compete on a national stage is flushing money down the drain.
