It’s funny how lame PRETENDED to be a family man then when he left all those texts and stories from ole miss college students leaked.
Yeah it's funny how those magically appeared after he told you to frick off. It's almost as if someone manufactured them and took some screenshots to post on your delusional message boards. You people are a sad bunch.

The rest of the SEC feels the same about why LSU fans continue to defend LSU AD Verge Ausberry. Instead of firing him after it was found he covered up assault/sexual misconduct by an LSU athlete LSU didn’t fire him. No, they promoted him to AD.
I've never defended him.

Your coach literally does cocaine with college students. 50 year old “man” btw
It's funny how he transformed from a great family man to a complete degenerate immediately after he told you to frick off. Go find another tabloid to read.

Great retort. Why is sam Leavitt so bad against SEC defenses?
He was on a shite team. Not anymore. See you on the 19th. Make sure to get Pete groomed again before kickoff. And give him some Naltrexone.

ManShartReb vs. Lane taking the LSU job

Lucado is re-litigating this for the 300th time on the SEC Rant.
It was never litigated in the first place. It was conveniently swept under the rug.

His intentions were not stated other than he felt threatened and wanted the gun he left. Perfectly reasonable for Miller to think Miles wanted to ensure he had his gun back for self-protection.

And apparently not very good at what you do. This is how absurd your reasoning is. Your friends walks over to your house and asks to borrow a kitchen knife. You give him the knife. He walks back over to his house, gives the knife to another person that proceeds to kill the family two houses over. And YOU get indicted for the murders. Yeah, that makes perfect sense.
Yeah, let's completely disregard the friend's text stating his intentions.
I'm not even sure why y'all continue to defend him. I understood it at the time because you thought you were about to make a Final Four run. Miller and company wound up getting eliminated in the Sweet 16. Remove him from the chain of custody and that young woman is still alive.

This is a scary thought considering you seem to think DAs indict people.
Have you ever served on a grand jury?

Is this how the law works in Louisiana?
I'm not licensed in Louisiana. I am licensed in Alabama. If Brandon Miller was not a star basketball player at the University of Alabama the Tuscaloosa County DA's Office would have indicted him for murder for delivering the murder weapon to the scene of the crime. There is no question. None.

Let him cook. This might be the first thread even tangentially related to UT ever started by a Bama fan on the SEC Rant.

Message boards don’t indict rival players. Real legal systems do.
I'm a member of that "real legal system" and I'm telling you they could have indicted him if they wanted to. The reason they did not is obvious. Oats had him on a plane to South Carolina the following day. No suspension. No investigation. No nothing.

What would you have easily charged him with, Luc?
Too much Bama?
Under Alabama’s complicity law, you do not have to pull the trigger or physically kill the person to be convicted of murder. Intentionally helping or providing a weapon/means to commit the act. Because you share legal accountability, an accomplice to murder faces a Class A felony charge, punishable by 10 years to life in prison, or a capital murder charge if aggravating factors apply (carrying potential death or life-without-parole sentences).
A district attorney can indict a ham sandwich if he wants to. It's an extremely low bar. If Brandon Miller was John Smith, he'd probably be behind bars right now.
