So he was aware of a rule that was published by the NCAA over a month ago (almost 2 months now), knew enough about it to see what LSU is doing and support a hastily put together newly published rule/statement for/from the SEC. But didn’t take time read the actual words that impacted the cash cow sport for his conference……we should put him in charge of healthcare.

I’m not making any excuses, I just think this specific topic is being overblown. There are people that think Sankey has no idea what the 5 for 5 rule is. I find that hard to believe. That’s my personal opinion. I’m sorry if that upsets you.

the SEC rant is already a cesspool but idk what'd be worse than that but that's what it is now. The more singling out on LSU and acting like we're the only ones doing this the more I really don't care about the positions of the SEC and the other members. I've always thought the SEC chant was stupid but this made me not care about the other conference members at all. People show their true colors in times of stress and we found out loud and clear how much of a double standard the SEC truly has.

I don't find it hard to believe. And IF Sankey had an idea what it entailed, he should have said he did. You are entitled to your opinion even if it is dead wrong and gives the guy way, way too much credit. This is the same CLOWN that puffs out his chest about the SEC being unmatched in football and trying to coerce the CFP committee into guaranteeing X number of SEC teams in the playoffs despite the season not even played yet. Oh yeah, he is such an honest and intelligent guy with no ego!

The rule is incredibly relevant for the court discussion. He had a professional obligation to read the official verbiage before showing up there, just as a refresher. I don’t care if it was published that morning. That’s amateur.

I’m not denying that. I’d like to see the full transcript of questions and answers. Sometimes it’s as simple as they are directed to answer the questions in specific ways, so they can’t be tripped up later. Attorney’s aren’t necessarily known to be sincere with their line of questioning. Their whole goal is to eventually be able to say “gotcha” to whoever they are questioning.
