My wife made me a cocktail midway through the bottom of the 6th. What the hell am I supposed to do now?

Have we ever had 3 freshman as good as Kling, Neal, and Jones this early, already locking up lineup spots before SEC play?

Johnson confirmed Dugas had a contact lens issue. #LSU

Johnson said White played catch yesterday and today, doctor said he could throw until he gets sore, wants to be careful. He’d like White at 3rd to have more options for the lineup. #LSU

Johnson on Jared Jones: “He's a hard worker. He's here all the time on his own, which is a staple of our program and it's good. I really wasn't surprised.” #LSU

Bregman, Laird and Chinea maybe in 2013?

Although Chinea didn't play that much. Stevenson was already our best outfield glove, but sucked at the plate.

Mahtook, Hanover and Ott if you include pitching in 2009.

That's the most creative thing the "famous" Box regulars (Ball 4 guy, Guillot, K-Lady, etc) have done in decades.

White to third and Beloso/Jones at 1B/DH would be ridiculous.

Gata had bases loaded, didn't score. Headed to the 8th, still 3-2

I have no idea how good White is at 3B but Nippolt sure has been steady there. And he made some athletic plays that I'm not sure White could have made. It may be a case of getting an extra bat in the lineup but giving up a bit of defense if White plays 3B. Maybe insert Nippolt late in game for defense to protect a lead.

TOP TRACKMAN EXIT SPEEDS FROM TODAY'S GAME:

Dylan Crews 111.6 mph
Jared Jones 110.3 mph HR 2
Dylan Crews 109.6 mph
Paxton Kling 107.2 mph
Tommy White 107.2 mph
Jared Jones 106.9 mph HR 1
Tre Morgan 104.9 mph
Brady Neal 103.5 mph

Looks like 1st HR turned single wasn’t in top 8

That makes Virginia the last remaining unbeaten team in the country.

Good, but not this good. It’s March 10th, and they’ve already taken spots from returning vets like Pearson and Milazzo. And it’s not like they’re hitting at the bottom of the order. Neal hit 5th tonight, Jones has hit cleanup, and like you said, Kling might wind up leading off. Just crazy how advanced they are.
