You continue to prove that besides being a huge bitch, you are in the running for the most stupid person that posts on these message boards.

All year you have told this board that 1. joe burrow is a better quarterback than Dwayne haskins and 2. Joe burrow is a top 5 quarterback in college football. You've said repeatedly that everyone would see both of these things to be true by the end of year.

It’s now the end of the year. State your case for each of those things being true.

Saban is a better coach now than when he was at LSU. If Orgeron continues to improve, he will be a better coach in five years than he is now.

If O wins a national championship in his 4th season my opinion of him as a coach will change drastically.

The state and image of the program pre Saban does not equal the program that O inherited even if CLM left holes in the roster.

I agree with this to an extent. The problem before Saban was that top players in the state looked elsewhere to play. Same thing started happening to Les late in his tenure here. Some top players started going elsewhere. Saban changed that. Prematurely it seems O is doing that as well. Too early to tell with O.

IMO Dinardo, and honestly Kevin Faulk comitting, was every bit as important. That was when the tide really turned for in-state talent. And we were not devoid of talent when Saban arrived either like we were when Dinardo arrived

yeah, it was Dinardo that really went hard after the in-state talent once he took the job. I think he made it a point to go to every HS in-state just after he was hired. it took some time to build, but he did well. Eric Edwards, Bradie James and Trev Faulk stand out as some recruiting wins.

Booger, the Greens, Mark Roman, Larry Foster, Clarence LeBlanc, Robert Royal, Ryan Clark, Rohan Davey, Josh Reed, Damien James, Toefield, Etc. Dinardo locked the state down and was a great recruiter. He just let his dumb loyalty to Tepper take him down, but he left Saban with plenty of talent. Saban didn’t win the SEC in 2001 by accident.

The Nega-Tigers were dead wrong about O, and now they're trying to save face by slamming a damn good HC. Pathetic!

Are you under the impression O has won anything of note? The best season of his career is no where near winning a title. 5th in the sec.

Not beating bama.
Losing to 2 inferior teams.
A shite offense.

Same as miles.

Ignorance at its finest

Saban took a program that hadn't won a national Championship in 50 years.

Orgeron was handed a program that had won 2 national championships, and played in a 3rd, within an 8 year span. Anything less than a 10-win regular season and Orgeron is a failure.

Try again

And there it is. The childish response that lets everyone know you have run out of legit stuff to say(not that you had some great insight in the first place.)

Saban changed LSU's program on a historic level. He took over LSU shortly after the dark days, completely rebuilt it, and took the program to new heights. I'm not saying that Coach O is a bad coach, but comparing him to Saban is a joke.

He inherited a team who won fewer games in two seasons combined than the one 0 inherited the season prior to taking over. He also won the SEC in year 2 and a natty in year 4. You’re comparing Apples to dog shite.

By 2004 Saban had won 2 SEC titles, including our first trip to the SECCG and first SEC title in 13 years, had locked up the state recruiting wise like no one in modern history.
All I got is the 2001 unparalleled 10-3, 6-3 SEC Title, for those who love to fluke the 2007 LSU NC.

The cards fell right for Saban and surely helped build 2003 team.
Although no SEC Title, possibly the very favorable ranking of a 10-3, 5-3 2018 squad will light the fuse that propels LSU to another NC soon.
