If LSU wins the NC, what is the ballpark number on revenue generated by a NC?

with a ton of respect the question should be answered by going off of what previous champions claimed and then you have a general answer.

Maybe enough to buy a new ballpark

To the university or athletic department?
The university usually sees a bump in endowments, enrollment apps,
TAF will also see a bump in donations.
As far as athletic department revenue, somewhere around $25 million depending on how much they spend on the travel budget, expenses, etc. to actually play in the game in the first place.

Will be impossible to answer. Winning a natty will have a long-term effect on out-of-state enrollment numbers, donations, our overall brand as a university, etc.

ROI for who?
Exactly my question. The ROI for the "donors" doesn't exist. For the University is a different story.

Making the CFP (Top 12): $4 million
Reaching the Quarterfinals: +$4 million
Reaching the Semifinals: +$6 million
Reaching the National Championship: +$6 million
Total Performance Revenue: $20 million
This number is split up within conference.
CFP also cuts each playoff team a $3m check for travel each round they advance.
There is money to be made off hosting Rd 1.
There is also a huge bump in applications and enrollment following winning a title. Tuscaloosa is a perfect example of pre Saban vs now.

About halfway between 300 and 400.

ROI for the university regarding revenue sharing? Or ROI for the donors and companies entering into NIL agreements with the players?
These are two separate interests (public vs private)

Yep, a good strong football program benefits the academic side of the school tremendously. Normal well adjusted people like winning and want to be near it. The athletic department will get its ROI and it will not be nearly as big of an ROI as academics gets. It’s why Saban was arguably underpaid at bama for what he did for them. Enrollment goes up, more people graduate bringing a larger donor pool for athletics and academics. The ROI on a title would be huge.
