For a professor, it’s pretty ironic that he’s too dumb to understand that this is because, as a professor, he is paid by the university, which is state-funded. Athletics, on the other hand, is funded entirely by TAF.

Mann is a dbag of the highest order, but this is an insane screwup by the university.
As in, multiple people need to be fired over this.
The only way this happens is if there is a giant lack of internal controls and a surplus of people who are terrible at their jobs.
