The comments from Mann are on twitter. Basically he's saying that he had Legislative auditors up his arse over a few hundred dollars while BK was overpaid a million.

The especially sad thing about Bob and people like him is that they don’t realize by making pointless connections and ignoring the real root causes, they only at best keep their problems from being addressed. If not further from a solution.


LSU football, whom they pay, whom they’ve fired and continue to pay, how many operations buildings they build have no bearing on the fact that the schools administration has zero desire to build any new buildings or make any improvements other than new dorms and apartments to boost enrollment and collect tuition.

It's the way of the f*cking world. It happens everywhere at every college in the United States. Why? Because it brings in WAY more f*cking money and publicity than self-promoting academic frauds like Robert Mann. Hell, just look at what Joe Paterno and the Penn State football staff got away with in Happy Valley.

Robert Mann is the most ignorant, self-righteous, holier-than-thou, complete piece of f*cking filth PRICK to ever step foot on the LSU campus.

Robert Mann is such an insufferable twat. He tries to be the Skip Bayless of academia.

The simple response to Robert Mann and his ilk is that when he can fill up a 100,000 seat venue at $100 a ticket to come watch him lecture, AND entice a television network to pay 1/14 of $300 million dollars to broadcast a semester of his lectures to millions of people nationwide only THEN will he have a basis to complain about how much the football coach makes and the size of the football budget. LSU football is its own separate ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS moderately affiliated and governed by the university.

Mann earns a salary commensurate with the marketplace for college professors. Kelly earns a salary commensurate with the marketplace for a major college football coach. If Mann doesn't like that "inequity", I suggest he stop wasting his time whining about it on twitter and go learn the intricacies of the Tampa-2 defense so he may one day be paid a salary similar to Kelly's.

College professors live in a magical world called "Academia"...which generally consist of a few thousand acres of land and buildings surrounded by reality.
