The correct way is that he is ineligible. Rule is clear you sign a pro contract you are done

NCAA is a pathetic, powerless joke. It's the Wild West right now with college sports. Everyone else is exploiting them. No reason that LSU and Wade shouldn't join in on the fun.

If the judge is anti, there may be some political influence in some capacity behind the scenes on this decision. Wade is well-connected. Fingers crossed.

There is ZERO CHANCE that this judge Johnson wasn't hand picked by Landry to rule in Luis' favor and that he definitely owes Landry a favor(s).
