You're being downvoted, but you're right. We already know what we have with Johnson, but Kiffin hasn't coached a game yet and Wade hasn't been here for 4 years. I feel good about all these coaches but it's too early to be making claims like this

Having cancer shouldn't make someone immune from criticism. There are great people who get cancer, and there are shitty people who get cancer. Cancer isn't what defines someone, for better or for worse.

I don't understand posts like this. He's already been here for 4 years and we've sucked the whole time, but now suddenly one more bad year will be the final breaking point that screws us over forever? I'm not saying this to defend McMahon, I'm just tired of this alarmist BS. The idea that a program can "never recover" from failure is a myth in the NIL era. A single good coaching hire could turn the program around rapidly, whether it's right now or next year.
