I agree. He was also clearly frustrated and pushing too hard to make something happen in the second quarter.

You can analyze this all you want but you have a QB that: 1. Missed some of 2025 with an injury/ surgery. 2. Transferred to a new team and missed spring practice while rehabbing. This is what you get. Even Burrows and Daniels who were fully healthy and participated in spring practice didn’t hav a great first year.

This is correct but needs to be in the context of that Sam was hurried and harassed almost the entire 1st half. The O line was whiffing and backpedaling and getting beat at the point of attack constantly.

Piss poor play by our O line, even Seaton.

This was a good game for this to happen in. Looked bad but really didn't matter for the result that matters. Better to be humbled in this one than in a SEC game.

Yeah and it also minimizes the possibility of us going into Oxford with blown up heads caused if we had given LATech a vicious beatdown like the one we gave Clemson. Although this is not directed at LSU defense which must be literally frightening to upcoming opponents. This weekend will tell all about them.

If you watch the pick-6, the DB had his entire right arm draped over and around the receivers shoulder/chest well before the ball arrived. It’s easy to see…he’s wearing a white sleeve.

It was a missed DPI and it’s unlucky. That never should have stood
