Post your resume, specifically in regards to offensive line play and development

He knows more than Brian Kelly who has had like 3 bad OLs in 30+ years of being a HC.

It’s absolute insanity

This board has reached all-time levels of stupidity in regards to o-line play

If you have multiples who are fairly equal, then rotating them keeps them fresher, especially in the first game.

It's the first game of the season, guys will be the freshest they've been all year... If this is really a positive as you are saying it is, why don't teams constantly rotate offensive linemen throughout the course of the entire year?

Protect the breadwinner needs to be the mentality that simple. This team goes as Nuss goes. Our playoff and natty hopes ride on him. Offensive lines needs to dig deep, play with pride and be ready to hold off this strong Clemson front and protect no.18.

Well, the media at practice sure sees what's happening and the reports haven't been great...

This is fricking hilarious

Seriously man, think about wtf you’re saying.

I don’t give a shite what the media saw or how much they saw… you think they know what the frick they’re looking at? You think you look at practices with the same trained eye that the coaching staff does?

Absolutely retarded that you use them as your barometer. If you wanna panic about something, just say so

Kind of the old saying if you’ve got two quarterbacks, you don’t have any quarterbacks.

This is not the same thing at all... just Google opposing teams who are in the top 10. LSU is not alone in post-camp OL competition. Hell, Bama hasn't named a "final" OL rotation, and they're a lot of people's favorite to win it all.

How about we stop freaking out until there's something to freak out about?

Didn’t BK say he was very impressed with this OL? Seriously lol he’s had great OLs his entire career, this isn’t the first time he’s had to work with retooling an OL

He has said multiple times he’s impressed with this group and that they are one of the best he’s seen.

Media only has access to certain parts of practice. They aren't seeing the full picture.

You don't understand. The Rant (and the "media") are the ones who decide how good the OL is. BK is a known liar who will spin whatever insidious yarn to keep the public from the truth... duh...

Not sure how you can spin this as a positive either

All he is saying is he is keeping the boys upfront fresh for Nuss.

Against a good pass rushing team, the fresher you are on the OL, the better. This would only be true if the talent level is near equal.

Throughout the course of the season question, would be evaluated based on a player separating himself. If no separation, continue to rotate.

I would do the same at WR.

You don't rotate O-Line like that

don’t love this with Clemson as Game 1.

id be fine with it if we had a warm up game.

I also have to imagine if we’re moving the ball in both phases of the game with no major issues in the opening drive you’ll see that unit the next drive

Have you ever heard of a team doing this with success on OL?

Sure, on DL this is what everyone does.

But not on OL, you want the same 5 start to finish

Buddy, I am one of the biggest sunshine pumpers there is this year, I think this LSU team is going to be great.

Never in my life have I heard it being ideal to rotate at OL. You want them as a symbiotic unit.

this means that they just do not feel like they know what the best unit is yet

They're just going to rotate the left guard with echols and mubenga. And they're rotating curne at right tackle.

That makes seven. And there's possibly an eighth. Won't take long before they stick with five

No one thinks this. I think the world of BK, much more than people on here.

BK is literally telling you (without telling you) that he doesn't have a starting 5 he loves yet

I watched the press conference. He didn't seem too worried about it. He has straight up told us in the past when there was a major weakness. He told us 23 that the secondary was going to be awful. He told us last year that this team would have to win close games to have a shot at the playoffs. Seems to me there is still a battle at LG. I'd be very surprised not to see Weston Davis at RT most if not all of the Clemson game.
