He's a good coach.
But you can never know how these mid-major coaches are going to translate to a bigger job, and he needs to be given time given the possible sanctions incoming.
Its really the type of hire most should have expected.

I think he has a chance to continue what Wade was building up too, hopefully he can bring that PG and the big guy over with him.

I am honestly indifferent about this hire, still just disappointed in the way things went down with Wade. I am hopeful, he has a good track record at Murray St, and was able to do that in Kentucky's back yard.

Seems like a good hire on paper. Fans need to give him time to overcome whatever sanctions are coming. But with our delusional fans that seems unlikely.
