If they redraw the 2 majority black districts and make them majority white then every district in Louisiana will be majority white. That's 100%. The reason why or how it came about us irrelevant. His best players usually end up with the ball in a good spot against a defender they should be able to beat.

I don't know if he is a bad talent evaluator. I don't know if he's bad at developing the talent. I don't know if he just wasn't given the resources to bring in the talent that was needed.
