From LSU Ticket Sales and Operations — 73 percent of season ticket holders have decided to opt-out of their seats this season. The deadline to decide was last Friday. Before that, the percentage of opt-outs was around 62. @WBRZ

Most people don't want to go sit in 100 degree, quarter full stadium while wearing a mask after NOT tailgating all day.

More important, are those fortunate enough to win the ticket lottery going to coordinate a time where they all play "Neck" on their phones?

My only complaint is they never gave you all the information before making your decision.
I waited until last Fri but finally opted out.

I wasn't thrilled about a 230 CBS kick for MSU and having to wear a mask entire game.

Generally outside of Bama the only other game that had any interest was Ole Miss

South Carolina and Missouri was not enough for me to stay in at that pricepoint without tailgating.

Evidently Purdue fans will know if they have tickets before LSU fans will.

Good, maybe we'll get all 6 of ours and possibly make some nice cash for games we can't make it to from TN. I inherited an ungodly amount of points from my grandfather when he passed them down to me, so we've always been golden with requests for anything.

If this is the case then everyone that opted in should get all or most of their tickets

Good... I'll be in Tiger Stadium driving over from Sugar Land. I'm so tired of being cooped up.

It’s all or nothing on tickets. It won’t be just some games. That’s what the ticket office told me

I share season tickets with my sister and her husband. We decided at the beginning to opt out because LSU didn't give as much information as they are providing now and, we couldn't opt out of two and keep one. I wish they would have let us roll over two of our tickets to next season and keep one as I would have done that. Hindsight is better than foresight but I wish LSU would have provided more information at the beginning as we might not have opted out and rolled our tickets over to 2021.

I think this was a big driver. I know quite a few people who opted out because they didn't want to just go up to B.R. right before the game without getting to tailgate and have fun ALL DAY. Throw in no band and 25% of seats filled and it just isn't the same.

well that doesnt really matter if you do simple math. They are only allowing 25 %. So LSU is maxing out all they can sell anyways.

The Covid 19 pandemic and its related situations is the major reason most people have opted out. If there were no pandemic this year, most season ticket holders would have renewed.
