We rolled over our 9 seats... I’ll still buy bama tickets and try to go to A&M game, maybe a few more but I just had knee surgery, need to walk first

This is a stupid arse statement. 75% of the fans who were planning on attending were “opted out” by brain dead numbnuts JBE. No players were “opted out” by anyone but themselves.

Good good. I'm going to tailgate at the Chimes all day before going to the stadium.

Depends if LSU wants to Pay a Person to push a button to play a few Recorded files ...

Don't need to. There will be a "Spayed and Neutered" 150 member GBBFTL (Golden Boring Band From Tiger Land) at the game to entertain everybody from the seats.

I wonder how much Piped In garbage the LSUAD is going to spew out to the 25,000 Pump Lumps in attendance.

Right on! If they allow tailgating they'll double this. Folks should just do it anyway. If enough disobey they can't do anything about it. We need to take our country back.

72-73% of season ticket accounts opted out.

Woodward may have been referencing 53% of actually tickets opted out. Not sure about that number.

I don’t understand this. Shouldn’t the actual season tickets be more than season ticket accounts?

Per @JacquesDoucet 431pm on 9/16/2020

The updated numbers are this - 72% of #LSU 71,000 season ticket holders opted out on the 2020 football season.

They opted out before they knew what the capacity was going to be!

I’m hearing this is going to be a giant cf. Instead of asking people with multiple seats how many they want, they are just assigning a number and location to people. This is complete bullshite. I own 6 seats, but only want 2 tickets....also with randomly assigning seats, what if I don’t want to sit in the upper deck? As far as I know, LSU is the only school to do it like this and schools like A&M actually had days where people could go in and select their seats.

My guess is that it took state and city officials so long to give LSU an answer on stadium capacity and then LSU felt the need to give season-ticket holder's one more deadline to opt out…I can't hold this against the ticket office as this is clearly something that has never happened before and I'm sure they are trying to be as accommodating as possible

I’m sure that’s part of it, but why not have a handful of contingencies in place and roll with whatever hand they are dealt? How hard would it have been if you announce last week 25% to set up a seat selection for the remaining folks who have opted in based on priority points? The way they are going about it will create a colossal mess.
