Suing the Mall
Suing the Mall Operator
Suing the Mall Security
Suing the thug who killed her.

Good, if I was these parents I'd do the same thing. Bulldoze the mall. Between this and the shootout near J Alexanders a few years ago it's clear the gangs own this territory.

The thugs will just relocate. Doesn’t change anything.

Mall's insurance company will likely settle out of court.

It seems that with all the money that gets spent, to allocate whatever we need for a new very large jail would be well spent. Stick it out in the woods. Make it a hell hole worse than Angola

Angola is 18,000 acres, about the size of Manhattan.

They just need to expand the facilities on Angola.

Public doesn't have to look at the jail while inmates are surrounded by a layer of mosquito-infested "nature".. An idea I like.

I'm sorry this happened, but how is this the Malls fault? They have security, but bad people will still do bad things.

They don’t need to expand the facilities, just the population.

I vote against all taxes including renewals.

However, I would vote for a tax to build more jail space in EBRP.

That’s because the Louisiana pleading rules don’t let you.

As time goes on, the parents were probably approached often by friends or even employees of a boatload of attorneys.

That's just the way it happens when the lawyers get involved. Just sue the crap out of everybody and everything nearby.

It won’t matter. They will just keep ruining things. They hate whites, but have to go where whites go. Just to ruin everything.

When can we get a class action lawsuit against shitty judges and DAs that allow hoodlums with mile long rapsheets to roam the streets?

Although I can’t cite chapter and verse, I am pretty sure they would be immune. I get your point, though.

This I support. The perps probably already had a rap sheet a mile long. If you keep letting them back out, you vouch for them. Like cosigning on a car. They should be the probation officer, checking in to see if they are on the right path turning their lives around, what they are up to and the crowd they are running with. etc.
