2007 was not a 2 QB system. Flynn was the starter and Perrilloux came in every once in a while to run the option.
Perrilloux started two games when Flynn was hurt and not dressed out.

If we aren’t playing for a national championship then why not get the future valuable experience
And exactly what does Etling do that is so much better. We already saw the offense seems more comfortable spreading the field with him. There is obvious a reason they are playing him now.. The two wide open passes that went for Tds bolstered etling’s stats but we score those regardless.
He didn’t throw a pick on the first throw so it’s irrelevant there.. and more experience will fix that. He’s barely seen the field. It’s remarkable he looks that comfortable considering. True freshman at a&m was trash to start the season but he’s playing over a senior and each week he continues to improve.

How is there no other option? Etling hasn't been the problem. The problem with the offense is the OL personnel and development.

Great let's divide the locker room when we need a unified front more than ever. Etling is our best chance to win. Canada just needs to scheme to help and grimes needs to get the oline improved.

The offense looked a hell of alot more in sync with Brennan in the game. The interception was on the receiver. I'm okay with him getting more snaps.

You realize there are like 100 other teams that dont really have a chance to play for a national championship right?
I guess all those teams just punk out their senior players because they arent playing for anything anyway.

It's not a true 2 qb system. Etling is our QB. Brennan is being put into stressful situations to acclimate him to the next level. I don't think they would put him in a situation they didn't think he could handle. I also think you're gonna see his confidence go up and then you're gonna him more and more poised under duress.

Love it, Flynn playing one series in every half behind jamarcus for 2 years gave him tons of experience for 07.
