I just don't go into the season looking forward to the Ole Miss game. It's not a bitter battle like Auburn vs. Alabama... it's just "oh yeah, the Ole Miss game. They better not upset us." Don't get me wrong, I do hate them, I just don't get that excited for games against irrelevant programs.

You will probably get bashed on this board as most of the contributions are from under 30's. But trust me on the fact that to most of the over 30's, you are the main team we hate. I celebrate your every loss and suffer depression when you win. One of my most disappointing days was when you fired Big "O" hummer. Go to hell Ole Miss and I am old enough to remember what it means.

Ole Miss is definitely behind Bama, Auburn, and Florida when it comes to who we most want to beat
Ole Miss, Tulane, and Texas A&M are historical rivals without the same urgency they once had
I'm sure it's different for anyone who lived through the late 50s and early 60s at LSU or Ole Miss

I'm 38 and LSU will ALWAYS be our biggest rival to me. It's too much fun to hate the Tigers.

I have lived with this crap for all of my life........Ole Myth is like a bad headache that comes around every once in awhile..I do not celebrate when we win because almost all of the time we are supposed to....when we don't i have to listen to that boo shite for evah....go tigers

I live in Alabama and playing LSU is definitely the biggest games of the season for both of these teams outside of the Iron Bowl
