Gundy knows: Blackmon would’ve torched LSU, #okstate forced a million turnovers and would’ve done the same to Jordan Jefferson.

Then why didnt he do a better job lobbying during his media interviews? I really think that OSU could have used a better PR approach and they would have been able to get sympathetic votes

Oh frick that mullet headed cocksucking pussy. Mr. I’M A MAN sat in Stillwater hiding from any fricking hint of a question about the BCS at the time because he knew his pussy Big 12 shite would have gotten run off the field.

Reading that actually pissed me off even all these years later because we all saw him refuse to argue for his team while Saban was practically going to door to door to voters to get into the game.

Blackmon? As in...Justin Blackmon?!

Badger and Mo would’ve had a field day with him. We would’ve held Okie Lite to less than 10 points.

It would ended up kind of like the Oregon game

That Oregon team had some special athletes on offense that Okie St. didn't have besides Blackmon. They were closer to Arkansas, in that were more schematically good than physically outstanding, except with they had a worse defense.

Only time their quarterback would’ve had time to run the offense is when he handed it off to the running back. Maybe a quick screen every once in awhile.

This is old news. We would have beaten them, but they should have been in the game, not Bama.

What makes him think our defense wasn’t capable of playing spread out? Could he even stop the pass rush? I seriously doubt that.

Could he stop our downhill running? Very doubtful.

You do realize LSU didn't score a point against Bama in 2011, right? With Jefferson running the offense, anything could have happened. And did

Oklahoma State would not have been able to stop the LSU offense. Except for the Bama games that season, LSU was always scoring lots of points. And besides, Oklahoma States defense wasn’t that good that season.

Cowboys had no shot that season of beating LSU or Bama that year.

His bitch arse didn’t even want to be in the game. When given the chance to stump for his team he seemed like he wasn’t interested in playing with the big boys.

Bingo. When all the other top teams were lobbying for a shot, he was trying to motivate his team by saying “we aren’t the number 2 team in the country” and gave the voters more of an excuse to have LSU/Bama rematch.

LSU beat the Pac12/Rose Bowl Champ, Big East/Orange Bowl Champ and the National champ all away from Baton Rouge. Okie Lite would’ve been a speed bump.

It's cool that he gets to play this hypothetical game since ya know, he lost to Iowa State. But sure tell me more Mike.

Looks like somebody forgot the SECCG vs UGA
quote:

Tyrann Mathieu turned in an MVP performance when the No. 1 Tigers needed him most. He ran back a punt 62 yards for a touchdown, set up another score with a fumble recovery and finally finished off Georgia with his best play yet -- a whirling dervish of a return that led to the decisive TD

But LSU couldn't do anything with the ball. The Tigers' longest play in the first half was 9 yards. Eleven of their 21 plays went for zero or negative yards. Outside of Mathieu, punter Brad Wing was LSU's best weapon, averaging 54.1 yards on his first seven punts.

LSU took control with a 21-point third quarter, coming back from a double-digit deficit for the second week in a row. Also, Morris Claiborne returned an interception 45 yards for the final score. LSU won even though Jordan Jefferson completed only five passes and the offense totaled a mere 237 yards.

Yep. Lose to OU or a good Texas team or even A&M that year, you can make your case. Teams that got beat by 7-loss doormats don't get to participate in the 'what if' conversation.

Wait, so what was the final score in that SECCG? Because I'm pretty sure the comment you responded to was about whether or not LSU scored points outside of the 9 total in the two Bama games that year.
