Was offense really the problem last year? Besides a lot of dropped balls early on, the defense is what cost us games
problem last year outside of of losing Brennan and the poor OL play, was the horrendous skill player rotation. We'd rotate players for no got damn reason at all and we did it just about all season.

We didn’t win the national championship because of our scheme. We won because we had the most talented offense in college football history AND we had a reasonably good offense.

It was both.

If we would've had a more run orientated offense the results aren't the same.

It was the way brady used those 5 players as much as it was those 5 players. It was the perfect year

And this is a concern for what reason?
usually experienced OCs ( he isn’t) bring their own offense with them.

He’s still salty about Dan Marino holding the laces out.

He’s a career Football coach. He doesn’t need the players to teach him things.

Not even close. Some route concepts were the same and it ends there.

The Saints use the most player grouping in the NFL, we ran the same 5 guys 99% of the time
In 2019.

Brady wasn't a coordinator before he came here.

Brady wasn't a coordinator WHEN he WAS here, either.

When he finally became a coordinator, he had the exact same record as the coordinator before him

Peetz said after he was first hired that they would be running pretty much the 2019 Brady Offense, so that technically wouldn't be learning a new Offense. It would be learning our old one. (The 2019 "Ours").........

His W/L record was the same as the guy before him

to Joe Brady’s offense at LSU

I'm pretty sure that it was Ensmingers offense, and he benefited from a Heisman QB as much as Brady. Both interestingly had down years, after they parted ways with Burrow

you mean like when tory carter was running 40 yards down the field on a post route when Arik was perfectly fine and healthy?

I have never understood why we didn't run the Brady offense last year. Why would you stop the best offense in LSU history. Ensminger was suppose to know that offense, from what we are told. I never bought that though. Brady was the brains. We didn't have that efficient of an offense before or after Brady. That tells me who's offense it was.
