Sooooo many conspiracy theorists. Geez!. . .

We just got outplayed, guys. Coaches, players, fans - they were all being outdone by Bama. Our guys on the sideline had the life drained out of them by the second half. LSU fans were being drowned out by Bama fans, Miles and the rest of our coaching staff realized they had met their match, and the players on and off the field realized there was no stopping Bama. That's all there is to it. Enough with all this conspiracy nonsense!

And if there isn't a story, and he therefore doesn't break one, conspiracy theorists will suggest Hebert was gotten to!!!

Maybe Miles and some players friends and relatives bet the farm on Bama and they assured themselves of a big payday so they could live comfortably for a very long time.

Sure, in PRISON!

I'd say whatever went down occurred before the SEC championship game. The same team we had on Monday showed up for that game as well, but Georgia just isn't the same team as alabama and out raw skill and depth got us through it.

Miles hung that team out to dry. Plain and simple.

That makes no sense whatsoever. We had receivers running wide open at the beginning of the 4th quarter down by just two scores. We hit Jarvis Landry for a TD, make one stop, and then it is a one score game and we have the ball. It makes no sense that they quit.

The bad thing is, they were that way from the opening kickoff. LSU was that way when it was 3-0 and 6-0. Nothing changed.

Wasn't directed at Miles, read the tweets before it. Already had a thread on this.

It felt like a piece of sky.

Or not.

1)A coach making 4+ mil per year is not going to risk prison time.

2)What laws would be broken? Several, fixing a game is NOT legal.

@Tigerdew, a bit hostile i might say.

BTW normally in twitter a response to another tweet contains an "at" sign as demonstrated above and a hash tag as in #LES MILES denotes who the comments are meant for.

Thank you everyone for your explanation about the tweet.

Extremely hard to prove.

BTW, I don't believe any of this "fixing the game" crap actually occurred I'm simply making the point that it is not out of the question. It is plausible.

No it's not that simple. LSU is/was the real deal this year. We did not simply get outplayed. LSU did not really play in this game at all. From the coin toss forward, the people in LSU unis had no semblance of the LSU we watched go 13 - 0 this season. Something sucked the life out of them. I was looking at Honey Badger's face. No smiling - serious, pinched, tight, as if he expected to lose. I'm not saying "fix" but I am saying something ugly was going on besides JJ's play and the absent plan B. Miles was in a total cocoon on the sidelines, hardly into the game. And other players, most, were listless at best. It wasn't just being outplayed. We got outplayed first half of UGA game, we got outplayed verses Oregon and WVU and Arky, for a bit. We got outplayed at times in Tuscaloosa. But LSU always found a way to win, a way to come back and dominate. There was no trace of that team on Monday night. Something happened and it wasn't Alabama.
