Thats the dumbest chit ever. The new inverter generators are whisper quiet and you can damn near stand next to them and not hear it

They make it a rule so if something happens they can claim to not be liable for any damages from a generator accident.

Bingo. This has been a rule for 30 years.

Portable electrical generators are permitted, but are discouraged....The operation of portable electrical generators that create excessive noise, emission hazards or other safety concerns will not be permitted.
Is that a contradiction or does it mean they will enforce it if your generator is too loud or too smelly?

Are the youngsters that walk around selling over-priced candy banned?
I always get some from them kids.
That candy comes in clutch midway through the tailgate when ya want something sweet. $6 is Not bad price for a bag skittles and m&m's. Cheaper than a movie theater.

Technically banned (no solicitation without prior approval), but when asked, the cops say "We got bigger things to worry about".

Do they even make an electric generator that would last all day?

My Jackery will make it all day with just a tv and a fan, but no more. It will just run the tv for a good 16-18 hours. It's great for kids sports tournament or a small tailgate.

Those boards with the wheel on each end that you see adults face plant from. They are called hoverboards.
Hoverboards have one wheel in the middle.

There's a electrical plug hidden on the west side of the stadium, but you have to have 1000 feet of extension cord to be able to use it. I painted by extension cord gray so that it would "camo" into the concrete and no one noticed..
We use the plug in one of the field lights for the urec fields for baseball tailgates

What size is it?

Clemson folks liked that small Honda but their tailgates are not comparative in scale. Lsu is using this to impose limits
