Just looking at the bracket, it would not surprise me if 6 SEC teams make it to Omaha ( Vandy, Texas, AU/Fla, LSU,OM/Ga, Tenn/Ark). One whole bracket in Omaha would be all SEC. LSU first game would be against potentially either Tenn/Ark.

The SEC is so dominant this year. Could be another all SEC final.

Oh no way. That wouldn't be right.

Just realized this is the first time we've ever been the #6 seed. Only one we haven't ever been is the #1.

I would highly recommend subscribing to ESPN+ just for this month to enjoy their Squeeze Play coverage in all its glory. They'll show up to four games simultaneously. It's well worth it for anyone that enjoys this tournament.

Unfortunately, there is a chance that as many as six SEC teams could make it to Omaha.

I wish only LSU and perhaps one or two more would make it, but based on the results in recent years, that seems highly unlikely.

I think College Baseball needs to do away with trying to get teams who are close together in the same regional. That ends up forcing higher seeds that should get easier regionals sometimes with higher ranked, quality 2 seeded teams to make the "geography work". DBU is ranked 13th in Draftkings best odds to win CWS. We are the 6th seed. That means our regional 2 seed should be the 27th best team. The math is 33-6=27. Yet we are playing the 13th best odds team on Draftkings just because Dallas is considered close enough to Baton Rouge? horseshite. Give us Duke.

There's enough money in college sports to not have to worry about making them close together like in 2000 to lower costs or whatever the reason was.

Clemson was a good Supers draw, but DBU was a shite regional draw. They may have the highest 2 seed Vegas odds to win the CWS.

We also got the worst team in the entire tournament as a 4 seed. LSU has one of the easiest regionals.

Clemson was an easy draw for Super Regional, but don't like the DBU slot.
