Wasn't there another game vs state in the 90's where it stormed and Kennison ran a punt back for a TD late to win the game?

Defintely watch the players/band march down the hill. And the pre-game is the best part so get in your seats early.

Lots of place around the stadium to tailgate, hope you have a good time.

Yeah, that was the '94 game. It wasn't to win the game though. I think LSU won that game by 3 td's.

Other than Tiger Baiting, will any home fans go overboard at night after a long day of drinking?

Is it ok for me to cheer in the stands on the few good plays State makes?

Glad you are coming. Welcome to Louisiana's beautiful Capitol city. Please feel free to spend all your money but remember to sit in your identified section in Death Valley.

Yea he muffed it at the 2, picked it up, ran like five yards deep into the endzone then turned up the LSU sideline...he was clear of everyone from MSU by the LSU 30...the classic "WTF are you doing....OH SHITE GREAT PLAY!!" play

Shake off all the douchers and welcome to Baton Rouge my friend.

Best gameday bar is Splash right past campus. Great gameday drinks.

Food? Chimes on Highland.

Just walk around campus until someone invites you to their tailgate. As long as you are not a douche, you should get full and have a solid buzz by game time.

I think that's possible at any stadium in the Country. Every school has their share of assholes...just ignore them and walk away, if you can.

You'll be welcomed at most tailgates...all over campus and not in one location...as long as you're cool and are respectful and can take a little Tiger Baiting.

Hit the Parade Grounds...lots going on there.

The team will march down the hill at 3:50; the band about 4:10

Enjoy your trip and the day. Tiger Stadium at night is special.

Hey Bubba,
We tailgate behind the field house and love to have visiting fans spend some of their day with us. Email me at gotojohnny@hotmail.com and I'll give you directions to where we are. We always go to MSU (even on the Thursday night crap games) and have had a great time with MSU fans. Spend five minutes with us and we'll give you directions to amazing things around campus or, spend all day with us!! Welcome to Baton Rouge!

remember to post after the game.
it should be a good time. lots of follow up from visitors, almost all had a great time.

i do enjoy watching the band and team coming down the hill. very close to mike's cage.

notify personnel if a drunk bothers you. but, 99% of lsu fans are great.

Dump your shitty tickets and buy two good lower bowl tickets for 30 bucks 30 minutes before kickoff. Have fun.
