Crews needs to finish his baseball career first for me. He is 100% headed that way.

Burrow is the only sure fire guy on a list like that since 2000. There are a ton of others you could argue for the other 3.

Agree here..

Also lean towards OP... Dorsey seems to be a bit overlooked ( somehow- won everything) , PP7 , ETC..but like you many are subjective. Burrow is not. Crews may technically be incomplete making your call correct. However barring some critical character issue I can't see him already not doing enough. Spears actually has become a very good ambassador and his work on the championship teams spoke for itself. Idk that is why I agree JB, perhaps Crews, then it's a dogfight

I get crews is a generational player but he also hasn't won a ring for us or rlly changed LSU baseball you know. Glen dorsey and others rlly make this list before him in my opinion

I disagree completely. He came into the program with a coach who had his eyes on retirement and a foot out the door and immediately brought spark that was needed and is the unquestioned best player on the number 1 team in the country. To say he hasn’t changed the trajectory is a disservice. Also winning a championship has way too many variables to matter in a baseball players career. Bonds never won one. Mike Trout never won one as well as countless other GOATs

Pre-2000 but Bert Jones HAS TO BE the most underrated LSU athlete ever because of recency with everyone now, the guy was college player of the year his senior year, 4th in Heisman, and was on his way to being an NFL GOAT before he had Drew Brees’ injury in the 70s when sports medicine was very primitive

Love him but Tyrann Mathieu doesn't make the cut. Someone who gets kicked off the team doesn't deserve to be on LSU's Mount Rushmore

I hear and understand ya, but somewhere in the back Bob Petit is raising his hand.

Bob Petit Wiki page for those too young to recall all his accolades
