Jay had the most top 100 transfers in the nation with 9 and a top rated recruiting class that came in coupled with the top returning outfield and 5 of the top 54 college sophomores returning. 3 of those in the top 15. Based on a lot of the logic (or lack thereof) I see on this board, we should be getting any and every player we want all the time. That's not how the free market works. Even the Yankees "lose" in free agency when they decide to stop bidding.
