Its on ABC so that makes it a day time kick but a night game by time it hits 2Q. I hate big home games televised by ABC. So many commercials it keeps the momentum and home field advantage down.

I've been upset about this all day. Maybe it's irrational, but I've been looking forward to this game for a long time and we don't play them again at home for four years. TS in daylight just isn't the same.

We're going to get the next week, Texas, home at night.
For Texas' first visit to Tiger Stadium it needs to be a night game. I'm fine with Bama at 2:30 as long as we get the Longhorns at night, which we should. i'm certain that played a role in the decision by ABC for Bama-LSU.

LSU Bama is one of the main reasons we buy our season we buy our tickets every year. The yearly rivalry is going away and should have been honored properly with a night game at Tiger Stadium.

I go to watch LSU beat everybody. I don't care if it's Bama or Vanderbilt, I'm going to be there. 11:00 AM or 8:00 PM, I'm going to be there.
Playing Bama at 2:30 PM or 6:45 PM isn't going to change my enthusiasm.

1) They picked UGA who beat Bama and Ole Miss who beat LSU
2). Miami - ND will go against UGA-Ole Miss for viewers
3) It’s not like the night game against Bama has been an advantage over the past decade.

My guess is they want the LSU/Texas game at night, and didn't want back to back LSU games at night on ABC.
