I’m glad it’s a day game. Time to quit hyping this game to the max. It’s done nothing but throw us off for the most part. Play it during the day to get rid of a couple hours of build up.

Once everyone bitched enough about unfair the time slots were, we suddenly get 2 straight 11 am kickoffs and bama at 2:30. It’s hard to not see the powers that be really have it out for LSU.

We do not get Alabama at home for another four years and this is what abc and Sankey does. Screw all of them. I hate what college football has become. We have a tradition of playing at night. If they are going to take that from us than they need to take away all traditions. Like miss states cowbells.

The 2:30 game is about ratings and money. I would be a lot of money it'd be 6:30 if there wasn't the "biggest game of the season" on NBC at that time.
I put that in quotes because it's laughable, but I've heard it referenced as that a few times by national media people.
